HOW ON EARTH DO PEOPLE TRAVEL THE WORLD & STAY SO FIT? Instagram post after instragram is ALL unhealthy, yummy goodness of croissants and ice cream. Seriously, how do you have a six-pack after that. If you are one of those people who are not as fortunate to eat whatever and maintain a perfect body, than this is the page for you. I love food and I will be post on how to workout and how to eat semi-healthy. I have a huge appetite and crave the crazy food that isn’t always the healthiest. So i am a true believer that cheat day(s) should exist. It’s just irrelevant to think that you’re never going to crave that huge brownie sundae from your favorite place. So go ahead and eat, just know you will have to do that extra mile today and tomorrow!
Ever since I was little, I’ve had an issue with my weight. I’ve never been extremely over weight, but common America seriously, how doesn’t every women have securities. It took me a while to be “kind of” okay with my body. I figured today is the youngest I’m going to be, so why not get in the bet shape of my life today.This will be a page mainly for me to help keep track with my diet over the next couple months and really start tracking what I am eating. There’s never a right time to lose weight except right now of course! 🙂 So if you’ve just had kids, or you’ve just gained the freshman fifteen, or you’re simply just trying to be healthier, then you have come to the right place!
I will post recipes on here and the occasional dining out pictures. I’ll show you how to eat healthy when going out to eat. I’m not a professional nutritionist; this is just what works for me. I currently work in a restaurant so I’m always experimenting with things in the kitchen to figure out what is healthy and what is not. One thing I’ve learned is if you see absolutely nothing on the menu, restaurants always have just a chicken breast with a daily vegetable. I will also be showing references to some workouts that work for me. I prefer at home workouts and ANYTHING outdoors. The best kind of workout is the kind that doesn’t feel like work. Swimming, Kayaking, Hiking, Running are all great examples of some things I do to lose some calories while having fun.
I’ve just started learning yoga and let me tell you, it is life changing. I always thought yogi’s were crazy (sorry) and then I started practicing yoga and realized is the best thing to have me feeling calm and refreshed. It’s something that looks so easy to the naked eye but challenges you and workouts out a lot of different muscles.
